We do this by providing:

• An opportunity for players to be exposed and educated by high-level rugby professionals (coaches, trainers, and educators).

• An opportunity to coach and play international rugby contests and gain exposure to rugby across the world.

• Strategic training programs to focus on developing individual and team leadership, character and resilience building, inclusivity, cultural and country mindfulness.

• Professional training on mental health and wellness programs delivered through trainers, and our own experienced educators.

• Access to one-on-one mentoring for players and coaches with experienced rugby colleagues within our network.

• An opportunity to travel and experience the world..

Our Academy welcomes individuals who are committed to becoming better people as well as better rugby players. We seek participants who are motivated to grow, learn, and challenge themselves—on and off the field—with the goal of continually improving their rugby and positioning themselves for representative opportunities.

A structured application process is used to identify players and coaches who align with our values, work ethic, and long-term development mindset. Alongside our holistic development programs, we place a strong emphasis on playing and understanding the game, helping participants progress through each age group with purpose, confidence, and integrity to gain the most from their Academy journey.

​Tours take place throughout the year and are tailored together with coaching staff and international colleagues to ensure players and coaches gain a valuable experience. So far we have toured to New Zealand, Japan, Ireland, Scotland, England, Spain,  France, and the United States of America, with many more countries being planned.

 

What we offer is a unique program encompassing full circle development both on and off the field.
