The Australian Raptors Rugby Academy is a not-for-profit organisation, and the success of our programs is made possible through the support of individuals, businesses, and community partners who share our vision for youth development through rugby. Investment in the Academy directly supports player and coach development, international touring opportunities, education programs, and initiatives that create meaningful pathways both on and off the field.

There are several ways to invest in the Raptors Academy, including making a donation or becoming a corporate sponsor or strategic partner. The Australian Raptors Rugby Academy welcomes players and coaches from all backgrounds and locations who are committed to personal growth, development, and high-performance rugby environments. Our programs are open to individuals who align with our values and are motivated to improve both on and off the field, regardless of where they are based.

Expressions of Interest for players and coaches open at the beginning of each year across various age groups and programs. WHERE DO THE RAPTORS PLAY?
The Australian Raptors Rugby Academy is based in Australia, where players complete their core development through structured training, education, and preparation programs. Our focus is on building strong foundations on and off the field before exposing players to high-performance rugby environments.

All Raptors match play takes place overseas as part of our international tours, where players compete against leading academies, clubs, and representative teams across major rugby nations. This international exposure challenges players, broadens their experience, and supports their progression toward higher-level and representative opportunities.
WILL BEING PART OF THE RAPTORS ACADEMY EFFECT BEING INVOLVED IN ANY OTHER PROGRAM?
The Australian Raptors Rugby Academy operates alongside, and in support of, state and interstate rugby union governing bodies. Our programs are designed to run in parallel with existing school, club, and representative pathways, ensuring players can continue to participate in their local and state-based programs without conflict. We work hard to align our activities so they complement—not compete with—established rugby structures.

Our goal is to support the overall development and progression of each player. Athletes involved in both the Raptors Academy and state or representative programs are fully supported to participate in all opportunities available to them. We actively encourage collaboration and communication to ensure each player’s rugby journey is enhanced, balanced, and aligned with their long-term development goals.
