TOUR INFORMATION & KEY DATES

 

Honolulu, Hawaii

• GIRLS/WOMENS TEAMS: Touring squads of up to 15 players will be selected.

• BOYS/MENS TEAMS: Touring squads of up to 15 players will be selected.

 

Travel Dates

• Departing Sydney International Airport on Tuesday, 31st March 2026

• Returning to Sydney International Aiport on Tuesday, 7 April 2026

 

Team Training Dates

• No prior committment required to tour. Training camp will occur on tour in the lead up to the tournament.

 

Tour Cost

• $6,800.00 per player

 

Tour Inclusions

• Raptors playing kit

• Tournament entry

• Return international flights

• Meals

• On-tour ground transport

• Travel insurance

 

ELIGIBILITY & TOUR REQUIREMENTS

• All Players must be the team age or younger on the date of tournament. i.e 14yrs or under on game days - 16yrs or under on game days - 18yrs or under on game days. YOu can be turning the age above AFTER the tournament.

• Players must be available for the full duration of the tour.

 

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT TERMS

• A $1,000 deposit it required upon registration.

• Balance of tour fees is payable in instalments with the final balance due no later than 31 Jan 2026.

• Fees paid are non-refundable in the event of voluntary withdrawal.

• If a player is required to withdraw due to injury and provides appropriate medical documentation, fees paid to date will be refunded in full.

• Upon registration, players will receive access to the members’ portal, including program induction materials and supporting information.

PLAYER DOCUMENTATION & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• All players must provide a copy of their birth certificate at the time of registration.

• Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the tour return date.

• If a player does not currently hold a valid passport, a copy must be submitted by the nominated deadline.

• Failure to provide a valid passport may result in removal from the squad, as group travel arrangements depend on timely passport submission.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

• All players will be required to complete a medical history form prior to departure.

• The purpose of this form is to ensure each player’s health and safety while on tour

• All medical information will remain confidential and is not be used as part of the selection process.

 

SUPPORTER/PARENT TOUR PACKAGES

• Parents, family members, and friends who wish to travel and support their child are warmly invited to join our official supporter tours.

• Supporters booked through the official travel package will enjoy exclusive access to team activities, group outings, and team dinners.

• Please note: Parents who organise their own travel independently will not be included in team activities, outings, or dinners, as these are reserved for the official group booking.
